Here are just a few cocktail ideas for those of us who like to drink and still maintain our calorie intake goals. I found a great sub for a pina colada type drink on the EverydayMaven food blog and changed it up a bit to get get more for less, it goes like this... 1/4c. orange pineapple juice 1/4c. coconut water 1 oz(shot)…
