Confused on net calories?
So pretty much my goal is 1470 calories a day. I took in 1532 calories in food today; however, I burned 650 calories at the gym today. So according to the myfitnesspal, i have a net calories of 882 (and 588 calories remaining for the day). Is that a good thing or bad thing? I heard that having a positive number is bad?…
