Workout help? Trying to lose 15-20lbs.

Hey Everyonel,

I was wondering if anyone can check if this is a good workout to lose weight. I haven't really been going to the gym as much before but I went 3x last week.

Here is what I did:

20 minutes treadmill (at the 5-6 intensity) - average calories burned 250
20 minutes rowing (at the 10 intensity wheel thing) - average calories burned at least 210 (?)
20 minutes elliptical (at the 10-15 intensity) - average calories burned 230

Total minutes = 1hour ; Total Calories burned = 690

Also the myfitnesspal calorie limit is set at 1470.

    This may not answer this the best but the workout to me seems fine. I will say that our bodies easily plateau if you do the same thing daily so you may want to switch up work outs and not do the same thing each day.

    You should add some strength training in a couple of times per week, and as some1 else has said, mix up your routine as ur body gets used to a routine very quickly so it becomes less effective.
