Just curious --when/if you have a cheat meal/day, what's your average cal intake compared to every other day?
I can't seem to figure out what setting my MFP should be on... I changed it down to lightly active as I do have a desk job & sit for a good part of the evening --- I average anywhere from 10-14+ hrs a week in the gym (thank you polar for tracking :) I don't go crazy all at once, usually split into am or pm runs & fit…
