Skipping, what do you put it under??
Hi all, I'm going to add skipping with a weighted rope to my exercise plan (I do it all at home as I don't have time to get to a gym with my 2 kids). Does anyone know what I can put it under? I can't finding skipping in the list... Thank you.

Best Fitness/Toning shoes?
After the new year, I will be doing 4-5 miles walk/power walking 4 days a week. What do you all recommend to be the best toning shoes? I need great support as I work in a gym and have 2 young kids so CONSTANTLY on the go and to be honest, my converse just aren't cutting it anymore LOL.

Kettlebell DVD. What do I put it under??
I have been doing my Kettle bell DVD and wondered, does anyone know what I would list it under? The whole workout lasts 50 mins (there's 20 mins workout also).

Too many squats = Tender inner thighs! This right??
Hi All, On Thursday, my Zumba instructor changed the class to a toning mix and consisted of A LOT of squats! My inner thighs are still tender.. Is that normal? I stretched correctly and did the squats correctly.. I'm not in any pain, they just feel like the muscles are stretching (Only was I can describe it lol) Any advice…

Just under 10lbs to go until I meet my first goal!
I have just under 10lbs to go until I meet my first goal. I'm giving myself about 10-12 weeks to reach it which seems do-able but at the same time feels like a MISSION! I mean, its only 10lbs! Why does 10lbs seems like a lot?? What a prat I am hey? Loool x x x

Supplements to help with weigh loss..
Can anyone suggest some supplements I can take that will help with weight loss.. My weight has stayed the same for about a month now. I have increased and decreased my calorie intake, no availl. And the same with gym workouts (I can only get to the gym 1-2 a week due to finding a sitter for my 2 kids.) Thank you.

How can you tell how fast you walking?
As the title says really.. How do you tell how fast (mp/h) your walking? My gym is a 45 min bus ride away but I'm planing to get the train and walk 20-25 mins to it but want to know is there anything I can get to determine how fast I'm walking.. x x x x
