At the moment, Im doing squats and swims. And sit ups (without kettleball). I cant wait for my dvd. I think I am in love with kettle ball workouts hahaha xx

Loool I just measured my waist and hips (by the hip bone) and its just over 10 inches difference! My bust is 10 inches less then my hips. DO I have an hourglass figure? I honestly don't know what my body shape is! lol x x x x

I've been measuring just up my belly button for waist and my hip bone for my hips but my bum is MASSIVE so don't know if I'm doing the hip measurement correctly. Someone told me that your hip is on average 10 inches more then your waist! Anyone else heard of this? x x x

My calorie allowance is 1600 odd and I make sure I have 1200 minimum. Its just annoying that no matter what I've tried, the numbers havent changed! I'm…

Hi, same here. I'm looking to add friends and gain the extra motivation. Ok to add you? I have 12-14 lbs to lose to my first goal and although it doesn't seem a lot, I feel it'll take me forever to lose it, therefore, feel the 'I can't be bothered' cloud starting to hover over me. x x x
