Getting in Enough Fat.
I have set my macros so that the highest percentage should be from fat but consistently it is hard for me to get that Fat goal met. How do others get their fat numbers to rise? Does that literally mean eating more obvious fats (oils, animal fat, etc.)? Thanks!

3rd Shift Work and Eating.
Every other weekend I work overnight shifts and I just find myself eating constantly--out of boredom and to stay up. Any others that feel this way? Anyone have good tips in this situation??
