Cauliflower Buffalo "Wings"

Ingredients
■1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
■Dash of Louisiana Hot Sauce
■1/2 cup oat flour
■1/2 cup water
■Dash salt
■1 Tbsp coconut butter, melted
■1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
■1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
■1/8 tsp salt
■1/4 cup Louisiana Hot Sauce
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix together the first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl (except for the cauliflower)
2.Dip the cauliflower pieces in the batter until evenly coated and lay them out on a greased or lined cookie sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes
3.While those are baking, mix together the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl
4.Once the cauliflower or tempeh pieces are done baking, brush them with the hot sauce mixture and bake again for about five minutes and broil for one minute
5.Remove from oven, and brush with remaining hot sauce mixture to taste. Serve immediately
