BF% goal for bulking for people with lower LBM
I have seen you all mention before that people with lower LBM may wish to set a little bit higher goal BF% to start bulking or they might risk losing too much from the parts of their body where they don't carry weight. Net carbs?
When you all talk about macros for those of us with PCOS, do you do net carbs or total carbs? I want to try staying under 100 gm/day of carbs for a while and see how it goes but wonder if 100 gm/day of net carbs would be OK or if it should really be total carbs.

I've noticed one of the questions you ask is whether someone has PCOS. I have it as does one of my sisters (who has struggled a lot with weight loss) and I know it can make weight loss more difficult, so I'm curious to know (in general) how that diagnosis affects your recommendations.
