How much more should I lose?
Currently I am 212 pounds, waist 37 inches, and stand at 5' 9". I have lost over a hundred pounds since Feb 2011. I did not set my goal stats, my former personal trainer did. He put the goal weight at 200 pounds. My doctor wants me in the 160's to 170's. I think I would look silly that small, but I still feel sort of fat…
