My former personal trainer actually set up my account with his cell phone. He wanted to see what I was eating. At first I was a little pissed but honestly it was the best thing that he ever did for me. This site became my life line to better health. I no longer have the trainer but I will have this site forever.

I do the same thing. I can't go out and eat and not look the place up online and figure out what I can have. :noway: Most of the times I will cut back a little in the day, so I am sure not to go over my calorie goals for the day.

I normally do eggbeaters and a slice of cheese (fat free) takes 3 minutes, and run out of the house. I have protein shake in the car for after if I am extra hungry

bump, because I really want to know too. Losing weight with running and light weights has dropped my chest a nice little bit (grapefruits to apples), but the moobs are still there and I would like to have them gone completely.

Fitbit, crap load of low carb products (not bad), muscle milk, digital scale (with percentage of fat, water and muscle feature) and alot of new clothes specially pants since the old ones don't fit any more. :smile:

I just had to order new work pants, because my old ones no longer fit. I Moved down three pants sizes and the new ones still are so loose that I have to wear a belt with them or they almost fall off! :laugh:

90 day program... sort of hard but has plenty of ways to modify the workout for your fitness level. I am currently on phase 2, (second month). The dvds mix it up pretty well, just when your body gets use to one set of workouts it is time to change up the program.
