bump, because I really want to know too. Losing weight with running and light weights has dropped my chest a nice little bit (grapefruits to apples), but the moobs are still there and I would like to have them gone completely.0

Cleaning up your diet is 80% of the battle.
Combine that with strength training and cardio.
Specifically, inclined and flat bench pressing.0 -
My big problem is I tend to gain muslce mass very very quickly, and I don;t want to go from MOOBS to having a big chest. Doing plenty of cardio and watching the diet(last 3 weeks) just something I am concerned about0

Eat less than you burn, and lift ( cardio if that's more your thing. No spot reducing does not work )0

You can't spot reduce. Eat a calorie deficit, exercise if you want to: Any exercise is OK because if you are eating at a deficit you will not gain muscle and make your moobs look worse.0

So what are good exercises to it in the gym
I bench, flys, push ups. Anything else0 -

For general body re-composition i.e. reducing fat whilst maintaining muscle you would be best concentrating on a full body lifting program which focuses on compound movements such as squat, dead lifts etc. Look into StrongLifts 5x5 and Starting Strength. Add in some Cardio or HiiT work on your non lifting days if you want to and/or enjoy it.
Follow these with a moderate calorie deficit (say about 500 cals per day) and you will see results.0 -
I do loads of cardio
and do squats, legs, calves, arms, shoulders, lats, core, as well as exercises for my chest0 -

It's just my opinion but, if you are hitting these muscles in isolation, you are getting less benefit and taking longet to work out than if you are hitting them in compound exercises. But that is just my opinion. If you're happy with your work outs, your eating below maintenance then it is just a matter of time until the moobs disappear.0 -
I'd think pec flies would make the moobs worse as it supposedly works the cleavage...err middle fibers0
