Undereating from stress?
Surely I'm not the only one who has this problem... when I get mega stressed - I lose my appetite. If I try to get anyway, I usually get sick. What do I do in this case? The past two days, my calorie intake has been really low... because I've been stressed in the afternoons.

Jogging?
I started week 1, day 1 of c25k last night. Prior to starting, I swam 2.5 miles. I can walk for long distances without getting tired - but I can't jog for longer than 45 seconds without feeling like I'm dying. What I can I do to help get my body in shape enough to jog, let alone run?

7lbs down on my first week?!
I stepped on the scale today and I've lost 7 pounds! I'm excited, of course, but at the same time - worried. I've been eating my daily recommended calories (even over a little bit some days) and I'm not eating 'clean'. I exercise daily, with the exception of Sundays.
