Breadless BLT
This is a great idea. Instead of using bread, use a nice firm piece of lettuce around your sandwiches. Bake your bacon for less calories, add a few slices of tomato, and a tablespoon of light mayonaise. You're looking at a tastey 250 calorie lunch. And who doesn't want bacon!!

This website really is incredible. I never realized how many calories I actually consumed in a day! Now I've lost 15 pounds in 2 months. I never thought this would happen. I used to think I wouldn't reach my goal of 25 pounds lost by July 1st, but now I know it's possible!
