7 Pounds and 1 Pant Size!!

I have to say, I'm extremely discouraged by my weight. I work out regularly and could never understand why I never lost anything. This is the first thing that has ever worked for me. It's so easy to understand and do.
I am down 7 pounds in the last month. I was shocked when I realized I dropped a pant size. I went to the store, looked at the size 10, and walked away. I went back there three times until I finally had the balls to put on the pants. It's been quite a few years since I've been that small on my lower half. Now the clothes I have hidden away I can actually start to wear again.
I still get discouraged pretty easily. I had orignally lost 9 pounds, then gained 3 back. But I have to realize that it's a process, and I averaged out to losing more than 1 1/2 pounds a week.

WTG! Get rid of those bigger clothes...then you won't have anything to go back to should a few pounds creep back up on you. Don't let weight be your main measure of success though...from my highest to now, I only lost 13 pounds, but now that I exercise, I wear 2-3 sizes smaller than I did before (12 to a 6/8). Hopefully another 13 will drop me down that much!0 -
