I would increase your calories and make sure you're getting quality vitamins in you. Your body is freaking out that it is starving! I really admire how you've cut your calories so drastically and stuck with it!

I used Alli and lost weight but you need to be on top of your *kitten*! If you have too much fat, the fat will come out of you. I went to Ireland last summer for a week and came back 15 pounds heavier. I find that we tend to eat delicious salty things while in vacation and don't drink what like we should. Drink lots of lemon water with some benefiber mixed in and your system will start to get back to normal.

It probably is. If you're eating so little everyday, your body adjust to that. Then if you binge your body isn't used to burning all those calories efficiently

Random painful memory... I had a boyfriend years ago, and when I fit started exercising he said "You look better. Before I could see your tattoo because your belly got bigger." He was like 75 pound overweight and I had gained 10 pounds. Jerk!

I have a big butt and legs. I'd rather them be thick and defined than thick and flabby. It's not like our legs will double in size.

Everyone is different. Try other things out. How you feel and look is just as important as the numbers. Have you considered getting a heartrate monitor so you know exactly what you're burning? That way you can also check your heartrate and see if your workout is intense enough for you

I want one the same prescription for years, went off it, then went back on. After a few months I had bleeding out of the blue for weeks, then no period for months. Never came to a solution except to change prescriptions. And no I wasn't pregnant lol

You may have written the wrong number as your start number. I gained weight , and even though I lost two pounds it says that I have lost 0. Go to My Home, Check-In, Edit Previous Entries. Make sure your original weight was correct

Lemon water is a very common cleanse that doesn't require you to do anything drastic. You're supposed to start your day with some lemon in hot water (I do cold water anyway). Also if you drink a shot of apple cidar vinegar everyday it has a lot of health benefits
