Does everyone on here allow themselves one day a week to go over a little on the calories, for say a night out, or a friends birthday etc? If so, how much over do you allow yourself to go?
I've heard that it's not good to weigh too often as body weight fluctuates so much it can get confusing. I was wondering how often you weigh in??
Hi, I am basically looking for a fitness DVD that doesn't require loads of room as I live in a very small apartment.
