I just finished the Wisconsin Half Marathon. I'm hesitant to weigh tomorrow because it always seems my weight bounces up a couple of pounds after a triathlon or other longer race. What's your experience? And why would my weight jump up????
I've gone through these materials and would like some confirmation if I'm doing this correctly. My BMR is 1350. My maintenance is 1620 (using a 1.2 factor).
