I had surgical menopause a year ago. I've gained about 30lbs total. I've been on this site for a good 60 days, the most I've ever been able to lose is 6 pounds. Is anyone else having problems with their hormones and weight loss?

My calorie counter on here has been set at 1200 since I started here. What do you do if you don't eat that amount in calories.
