I've been on MFP for a while now - I did pretty well for a year or so then slipped back to old habits and gained some weight. I've been at it again for a month and I feel amazing! Just looking for motivation/support :smile:

SF Bay Club workout buddy?
Anyone need a workout buddy?! I go to the Bay Club (in Marin and San Francisco) I love working out, especially with someone who will push me/is looking for the same. If anyone is interested and happens to belong to the Bay Club or maybe wants to try a class here or there please let me know!!

High protein/low carb meals? Help!
I've been super ravenous the past few days and have been making kinda bad decisions. I work all day, I usually either bring a salad with me or get soup out. I'm thinking my protein intake may be low though, hence the constant hungry feeling. Any snack and/or lunch ideas?

Easy/delicious Kale Salad
1 bunch of Kale 2 Tablespoon olive oil 1 large lemon (more or less, I love lemon!) 4 tablespoon parmesan or asiago Salt and pepper to taste Mix oil, lemon, salt+pepper in bowl and add to finely chopped kale.
