Easy/delicious Kale Salad
1 bunch of Kale
2 Tablespoon olive oil
1 large lemon (more or less, I love lemon!)
4 tablespoon parmesan or asiago
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix oil, lemon, salt+pepper in bowl and add to finely chopped kale. Add cheese.
And that's about it! Enjoy : )
It's best if you let it marinate for like 20 min, but can definitely be eaten immediately.
Also delicious with: pine nuts, chilli powder, a little sesame oil, feta
