Where are my C25K starter buddies?
Hey friends. I just finished my first C25k run/walk. I actaully did a combined 40 minutes. I feel amazing and am excited about this. Sweat is good.

Type 2 Diabetes & Cinnamon
I recently read that cinnamon can help lower blood sugar level. Has anyone been using this and what have been your results? I started taking it earlier this week and haven't yet noticed a difference, but I don't expect immediate results. Anyone out there please let me know your experience with this. Thanks. Heather

My favorite shirt NSV
Today I scored an awesome Non Scale Victory. I pulled out my favorite shirt, which I haven't worn in at least 2 years and not only did it fit, but I could have started wearing a few weeks ago. Yahoo!

Too much fiber?
I've only eat half my calories for the day so far but I am already over by 1 on my fiber. that's a good thing right? Or should I be cutting back on food with high fiber? Any input is appreciated. Thanks.
