So I started my profile on here when I was at 150lbs and wanted to get back to 130lbs. Over a year later and I just hit 190 POUNDS! I just can't seem to keep up with my diary and I HATE working out. I know that if I had just eaten like I should have to begin with I'd be fine, but now I'm to the point where I can't do it…
My sister is 16, 5'2", and 200 lbs.... I'm worried about her health (alot of heart related problems, high blood pressure, and diabetes runs in my family) but every time I try to bring it up to her she acts like she doesn't care... Any tips on how to get through to her?
