I've been having problems with my sodium recently (certain days I know why). But I was just wondering how some of you deal with the salt issue. Any help would be much appreciated. :)
I've been hear a lot of conflicting views on if you should have low protein or low cards. Personally, i never eat all my carbs (I can come close), but I usually eat right at the protein. So, what are your opinions on these points of view? Any answers would be much appreciated. :)
