Victory!

Putting it into perspective. :)
You know, it's amazing how just a "small loss" feels. Before anyone ever says "ugh, I've only lost 5 lbs" they need to go to the grocery store, pick up a bag of flour, really FEEL it. Then remember you used to carry that flour on your body 24/7/365. Years and years ago, I joined weight watchers, and lost about 60 pounds.…

5 ritz crackers 1 tsp creamy peanut butter Light drizzle honey Aproxx 1/3 tablespoons Heath toffee bits I had leftover from Christmas baking sprinkled on top. Super yummy, and protein for about 200ish cals!
