Does anyone use the pacer app?

A few days ago, I downloaded the pacer app, and it's been tracking my steps and calories burned. (Yes, I realize this is an estimate, don't worry!). Well this morning I'm playing around with my MFP settings, and I noted that it wasn't set to track steps, so i changed it to use pacer (where as I've been syncing them manually through the day). Well according to my diary, the 18steps it logged burned 314 calories! Naturally I deleted this, and changed it back to no tracking, as I KNOW 18 steps isn't 314 calories. Heck, on a regular day at work (8 hours, partial desk job, partial nursing type job where I do ck side table steps) it's only like 160 before any type of cardio! At any rate, I have changed settings in both apps to NOT sync automatically, yet they still are, and that foolish 314 burned is STILL COMING UP!! Anyone know how to correct this? Thanks!
