Does anyone know of a planner where you can input favourite foods and it'll spit out portions per meal according to macronutrients and calorie requirements?

Sustaining motivation with three days a week
When I did mostly cardio, it was easy to commit to doing something every day. The habit helped. I've found 3x weekly weightlifting more challenging. Cardio gets in when it can, though I'd rather do something every day, for lots of reasons. I tried to come up with a 2-day (4x-weekly) split, but I don't think it's workable…

What are your best tricks for recovery?
In terms of nutrition, workout scheduling, load... not so much supplements (I do fish oil, that's about it). To help: - Preference is to eat 3-4 times a day - Age = 30s - Previous injuries exist due to overuse (activities were well within typical recommendations, just very sensitive to impact and physical stress) - 3x/week…
