What has been your biggest obstacle?
I find that at the end of my work day, if it's been hectic, I try to talk myself out of going to exercize. I tell myself that I am too tired and just need to go home. My friend at work said that's the time I NEED to go to the gym. It happened yesterday and thank goodness for work buddies! I went and I felt sooo much better…

Who's with me? Let's get in our water quota every day in January! Challenge to drink 8-10 glasses of water each day. As healthcare workers, we know the benefits of drinking water: decrease appetite, decrease meal intake, increased energy, increased weight loss (increased use of the bathroom! LOL), etc...
