Didn't realize the difference until pics
I just wanted to post my pics after 30 days of MFP and TurboFire. I have only lost 4 lbs, so I was thinking maybe I wasn't doing as good as I could, but the pics helped me to see that I am changing... and I like it. Thanks to everyone for being so supportive on this site!
