Please tell me what I'm doing wrong...I'm not losing anything
So I've been eating about 1290 calories for the last 3 weeks, with about 30 minutes of running per day and I've only gained a pound! Please check my food diary and help me! Am I eating too much, or too little?
So i find myself binging once or twice a week... Is this considered a disorder? Should I go for proffessional help? What do I do? Please give me some advice
