How many calories should I be eating??

Low Calorie Drinks??
So I drink mostly water but sometimes I get super bored of it and that's when I start craving things like soda. Does anyone have any suggestions for lower calorie options?? Adult beverage suggestions are also more than welcome hahaha :)
