How many calories should I be eating??

Currently I eat somewhere between 1300 and 1500 calories a day but I've read a few articles that say that is too few for the amount that I work out. I'm hoping that some of the calorie counting experts on here can help me to figure out how much I should be eating! I do cardio and rock climbing everyday and I also do strength training every other day. I tend to burn anywhere from 200-350 calories in my workouts. Any tips/advice are greatly appreciated!

It depends on the results you want and what's happening now.
If you're losing weight now, and your goal is to lose fat, then keep going. If you're not losing weight or not meeting your goals, adjust your food.0 -

Plug your info into the MFP tracker and see what it gives you. I lost 20 lbs with the numbers their calculator gave me. It took 7 months for it all to come off but it did work. It's not an exact science for everyone but It will get you on the right track.0
