Changed my weekly goal :P
I had it set that I wanted to lose 2 lb. a week but I'm doing P90X and lots of walking/running and I just eat way too much and haven't been losing in the past couple weeks. When your heart rate monitor says that you have burned, say 600 calories, is that 600 above and beyond the calories that you would have burned in the same amount of time, just sitting and relaxing?
