Changed my weekly goal :P

I had it set that I wanted to lose 2 lb. a week but I'm doing P90X and lots of walking/running and I just eat way too much and haven't been losing in the past couple weeks. It's discouraging to see myself in the red all the time AND the scale not budging so I figure, just for morale's sake, if I set it to 1 lb. a week maybe I will psych myself up to feel better because I won't see red all the time and maybe I will lose even more than a pound a week! What do you think? Anyone else do better when you made your goals not so lofty?
