Having a hard time eating all my calories...
Hi! Like I said, I'm having a hard time eating all of my calories, especially when I excersize. iPod pedometer vs. MFP Calories lost
I use my ipod's pedometer when I'm walking. A lot of the time, the pedometer says that I've burned more calories than what MFP says. Which is more accurate? Is my iPod calculating how fast I'm walking and that is what is causing the difference?
