30ds calories burned 200+ ladies?
Hi all, I've been doing 30DS for a little while now and I've been wondering if I'm tracking properly. I'm 5'7" 235lbs, my heart rate watch reads that I've burned approx 440 cal in the 27 minute work out, this was level 1, little to no stopping and full effort. anybody else have similar result? (topic should be 200Lb +)
