30ds calories burned 200+ ladies?

Hi all, I've been doing 30DS for a little while now and I've been wondering if I'm tracking properly. I'm 5'7" 235lbs, my heart rate watch reads that I've burned approx 440 cal in the 27 minute work out, this was level 1, little to no stopping and full effort. anybody else have similar result?

(topic should be 200Lb +)

    wow, i just record it as "circuit training" and MFP only gives me 240ish calories. i'm 5'4" 161lbs on Level 2. I imagine yours is more accurate though--I need to get a HRM!

    Oh good to know... I think I log it at 140 ish and I'm on level 3

    In level 1 & 2 I was logging it as 20 minutes of "Circuit training" general; about 240 calories. In level 3 I stated logging it as 25 minutes, since the warm up is more intense and actually raises my heart rate significantly; about 300 calories. I'm 195 lbs.

    I'd go with your HRM. It's more of an accurate estimate. Do you trust it? Is it a good brand? Is it accurate with other workouts?

    I just started level 2 and with both level one and two I burned 300+ calories according to my hrm . Oh btw I'm 211 lbs 5'8
