So I've lost almost 30lbs so far but haven't had any major NSVs. Well...Today I went to the doctor and my blood pressure ( which was always high, ALWAYS!) was 102/76!!! I was so excited and the nurse was so excited for me! That right there just validated everything that I've been doing and I'm so happy !!!!
