I also log jogging miles on daily mile and there are HUGE calorie estimate differences between the two. How do I know which its right? I'm talking 250+ calorie differences.

Saving calories?
My birthday is this weekend and the hubbie wants to go out for a night on the town....dinner and drinks. I want to be able to enjoy myself and not obsess...how would you handle that? Do I not eat much all day? Do a high calorie burn workout? Or just chalk it up to a cheat day?

Losing weight with dvds
Has anyone had great success only using dvds to work out? I tried C25k but dealt with shin splints which made keeping on pace tough. I don't have money for a gym because I have three kids in private school. What other options are there?
