Stair Climb Event - 95 floors - advice??
I have committed to the BIG CLIMB MPLS, a fundraiser event. I could choose 48 floors (one trip up) or 95 floors (a second trip up after an elevator ride down). I am attempting the 95 floors. My base fitness is good. I train 4 days a week combining cardio and strength workouts. I have seen a few helpful sites on-line but…
