Newbie who needs help setting up goals
I am 5'4 192lbs. My boyfriend is very active, and I have finally agreed to work out with him as long as he plans my diet and exercise schedule. We are planning on doing 2 one hour exercises and a 30 minute yoga secession 6 days a week. I do not understand the Calorie count. I was planning eating around 1200 a day. But it…
