Alternative to pizza crust, rice, potatoes, and pasta

Isn't all this dieting and exercising just us turning a new leaf, trying new things? Well I found some recipes that might sound weird, but taste great!

1.) Alternative to Mash Potatoes- Learned this from my south beach diet book. Cauliflower! Steam them tell they are nice and soft, mash them, add some sea salt or w/e you want and tada! Mashed potatoes! I eat this regularly and they are great! My boyfriend even likes them

2.) Cauliflower Rice - Cut up some cauliflower, then blend them or use a food processor. Once blended, put in a microwave safe dish, cover, and microwave on high for 4 min (no need to add water) and your done! (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-TXNXPVvHug)
