Sodium
Calorie wise I am doing great, fat ok, protein awesome (I strive for higher protein since I do weight training), but omg the sodium is killing me - way way to high. I do a share intake of water during the work week, but still - how do I know if the water I drink is a good balance for flushing the sodium intake?
