Apple watch workout sync
Can anyone help in advising how the data from workouts through Apple Watch will sync. I want to track more than steps but I can't seem to find a way for these to sync in a way which the Fitbit did . . Eg. reduce calories based on the actual exercise rather than steps

Fruit for Free Allowance?
I know on some plans - weight watchers/scottish slimmers they allow fruit and veg as 'free' allowance. Would you do this in you day count. I'm down to 1200 calories a day and I really struggle to stick within that so was thinking about allowing fruits as free allowance?
