Resolutions at the beggining of this year - Learn to swim Complete a half marathon Complete a 13 mile hill walk . . . All of the above done + 3 1/2 marathons. They do work if you want, dedication required :D I agree, get the plan in action now

Well I was a little bad at the weekend but on track this weekend, feeling much better. Decided to up my daily calories to help me stick at it & not be starving

I have been running on and off for about a year now - I usually try to do 3 times a week. Although I haven't really gone more then a 10K (6 miles). Have 2 10K runs in the next month so working towards them. I like to go to the gym and do some yoga and possibly weights there on non run days

Thanks for the info, I'll have a look into it. Do people generally get great results, can it be at home or in the gym - also along with other exercise? At the moment I do some jogging and wouldn't want to give it up
