Hey, after finally yoyoing in weight after a break up I think it is finally time to take control of my weight. I'm now in a new relationship and am a lot happier generally. The only thing keeping my mood down is my weight!
I lost a lot of weight unhealthily after a break up with my ex-boyfriend and then gradually put on weight again until now I'm at the heaviest I have ever been! I would like my confidence back and I've finally sat myself down and said I can do this!
Heard a lot of positive things about this site so I'm excited! I hope it works for me!

You can do it. Are you on any type of weight loss plan? Are you exercising? Just take it slow. focus one day at a time. and also focus on getting healthy for yourself, not anyone else. We all need support, but sometimes it doesnt come from the one's we love when we need it. I have lost 15 pounds in one month. When I look at the numbers, it doesnt seem like much, but when I put on my pants...now thats when I feel the difference.. talk to you soon. Make sure you post daily! Very important for support! I am new again you could say but I never really gave it a try before but I am on it now!!!
after 4 1/2 months post surgery on my foot, I finally woke up and realized ooops you need to get it back right and tight! so here I am befriend me if you got the encouragement or in the Chicago area!
