Time to start again . . .

So after a few alcohol filled weekends which included a lot of take aways and little exercise it's time to start again.
Ive decided not to go on the scales (scared of what I might see), just going to try go with how toned I feel & how the clothes fit. I have two 10K runs lined up for the next 4 weeks so hopefully this will help.
Any diet tips, motivation, new friends and also meal ideas are appreciated I don't cook much just now so most of my meals are convenience type,

First day went bad and training never happened tonight :-(0

I feel the exact same! SInce lent I have been eating chocolate non-stop.. Oops.. Starting tomorrow I am going to be good and go back to my healthy eating ways I know you can do it0

Well I was a little bad at the weekend but on track this weekend, feeling much better. Decided to up my daily calories to help me stick at it & not be starving0
