I recently started a local weight-loss competition. I wanted to give prizes for meeting certain challenges, like drinking 64oz. of water, exercising 30 minutes a day, etc. Any suggestions for prizes?
First of all, I'm not talking about a baby food diet. I just have a bunch of jars left over from my son, who's not so interested in it anymore. I thought about using the fruit to top plain yogurt or maybe cottage cheese? Any ideas?!
I usually go over my given amount of sugar in a day. I've been staying away from fruit because of it! Am I doing something wrong?
