Increased 4 days ago. When to weigh?
Hi all! I increased cals from 1700 to 2200 after finding the general consensus for my TDEE to be 2500-2600. When should I weigh myself? I want to find my actual TDEE, so it'd be a necessary evil, I suppose. But I don't want to jump the gun.

Calories slowly crept back down. Help!
I started EM2WL last fall and upped my calories from 1500 to 2300-2800 with good results. I lift heavy 5 days a week for 45-60 min and do minimal cardio, maybe an hour per week. Hi again! The Scooby calculator auto sets macros at 25p/55c/20f. Is that what most of you use? I'm usually more 30/40/30

TDEE seems too high
Hi, I'm new to the group. I'm 5'5 and 160 lb. I lift heavy 6 days a week and do HIIT 5 days. I usually workout an hour per day. I'm trying to lose the last 20 lbs of baby weight and the scale won't budge. Eating 1700 cals per day isn't cutting it. I just calculated my TDEE @ ~2500 cals. Can that be right?!
