Lunch time mayhem
OK, so I can be very good at breakfast as I'm not that hungry. Supper times again I can be good. Either just some fruit/ soup/ small meal etc... LUNCHTIME's are a different matter. I'm dying:sad: , I get a one track mind on food. I can't eat enough to satisfy my appetite. I'll easily eat 1200+ kcals on a lunchtime meal. So…
